After impressing one and all with his action flick, ‘Commando’ series, Vidyut Jammwal is back again to win the hearts of his audiences with ‘Commando 3’. The movie, which has hit the theatres recently, is already creating waves at the box-office. According to a report in, the action thriller has grossed Rs 8 crore nett on its first Sunday, taking its total box-office collection to Rs 18.50 crore nett. Apparently, no ‘Commando’ movie has done a daily number like this before.
The report also stated that the jump will probably be turn out to be the best of the year on Sunday as there is a good chance that the final numbers can go higher than the early estimates. The best growth on Sunday so far has been ‘Total Dhamaal’ which went up 40 percent on Sunday.
‘Commando 3’ collected Rs 4.25 crore nett approximately on its day one on Friday. The collection of the film is re4portedly similar to the last film which collected Rs 4.50 crore nett.
Earlier, director Aditya Dhar had opened up about the film. He reporetdly stated that ’Commando 3’ will raise the bar for action in India with as many as six high octane action scenes. People expect a certain kind of action from Vidyut, but one needs to give them something new. The filmmaker also added that they have a bike chase scene on the streets of London, a gun fight and stunts in a rustic akhada. There’s also a lot of novelty in the way it has been designed and executed.
Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s, Commando 3 is directed by Aditya Datt. The film stars Vidyut Jammwal along with Adah Sharma, Angira Dhar and Gulshan Devaiah. Commando 3 is presented by Reliance Entertainment & Motion Picture Capital in association with Sun Shine Pictures and Vipul Amrutlal Shah Production.
